You should Try connecting phone to pc and press key up volume and power button when phone off so to try to reset device .

This is a common issue in samsung M series phones. I know atleast 3 such instances and all happened after warranty expiry and they are running OneUI 5.

Fortunately my F23 5G didn't have this problem till now.

But I think samsung should really investigate about this issue.

There is a thumb rule if you are updating your phone with the software inbuilt.

1. Always charge your phone 100 or 85
2. The network should be top-notch
3. There should not be a pause in your download
4. When the download from the server is on never use your phone for other work
5. Keep your phone at 10 min of display don't let it sleep
6. Touch wood 🪵 till date never faced any issues on any of the samsung products that I have purchased in the past.
