Brand calm 4 years upgrade 
I am using this phone for so many days but this device lags so much and hangs for day to day life I used it for a few months but I am changing this phone, bad experience on Samsung
This phone did not receive any major updates. I thought the bugs would be fixed after the update but maybe after making a Brand phone forgot about it.

Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence. we would like to inform you that we have checked and found that your device is running on the latest software version and as of now, there is no official date has been announced yet for a new update for your device. Please stay tuned till you receive any further notification regarding the same in the Samsung member app under the notification section.

Please perform the below mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third party application.

● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

● Remove third party accessories.

● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:

1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember, then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

Hii team, I had done all this before but did not get any response. Other brand phones are giving very good offers in this range and best experience too.

Update all apps google

Update Samsung services

Go to apps
Reset app preference

Restart device

Download
Galaxy app booster apk
Open it
Run this for 2 times

Restart device again

Problem solved
