My f14 5g touch has failed after updating to Nov 2024 security update and now have to use Bluetooth mouse to control the phone I have lot of important data is there any solution that I don't have to format it? I will take Samsung to court for the mess.

Actually it has affected my work and I am suffering a lot because of this and hence I will take Samsung to court for poor service

Same happened with my mobile. Touch stopped working... had to reset it
