F 14 5g 4GB RAM not working

Hey I am facing serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy F14 . It is neither connecting to Wi-Fi nor detecting mobile network (SIM signal), Is it likely a hardware or firmware issue. 

I have performed all kind of reset 
all settings 
-reset all settings 
-reset mobile network settings 
-reset wifi and Bluetooth settings 
but nothing happens it wont connect via wifi or detect mobile network even after inserting sim properly in sim tray . 

when i tap 'CONNECTIONS in setting it won't respond everything else in SETTINGS work fine. 

What Should i do . what's the reason behind it..?? 

and it won't let me FACTORY RESET 
and I am even unable to open recovery mode via pressing power and volume button


when ever I drop my F14 even from small height like 1 feet it freezes then it gets switch off 

it is all happening after one ui 7 update..
please let me know what to do..??

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

but i cannot send you log file because f14 won't connects via any mode of internet..??
