Under 15k.. really Samsung making such phones.. Seriously bro. No clue.. but I would recommend u, get any phone supports OTG and there are several usbs which u can add the sd cards and move ur data.. this what I am doing.. because SD cards are known for crashing.. which I don't recommend..
Go for any chinese ph like Mi or redmi.. there could be nice options..
