I read internet articles and also watched youtube videos and they all claim that Virtual RAM damages the longevity of a smartphone's internal storage (flash memory). Because of that I removed the virtual RAM of 4 GB from my Samsung Galaxy F54 5G which was already there by default. Being afraid of this claim, I'm now afraid of using the feature of Virtual RAM back. Can anybody give me some good insight on this issue and help me resolve it?

Well if it was damaging your phone samsung wouldn't have enabled it by default. However if you feel like not using it you can keep it disabled.
