I have just updated F23 5G to the latest beta. Now the data switching is not working. Whenever I try to set data SIM 1 to SIM 2 or vice versa, data connection lost, sometime even Volte is not showing, after restarting many times, days connection restored but again same thing happened if i switched data again.
As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Without a log file we cannot analyze this issue, Also share video clips and images for better understanding and report this issue with the log file. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.
To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Happy to hear from you. I will try to follow your instructions so that I can capture the log log and submit it to you. But from my end, I somehow solved the issue temporarily with a greedy approach. Whenever I switched on or restarted my phone, before doing anything I got straight to settings--sim manager--turn both sim off and on one by one. This has worked for me but it is obviously not a solution to this. I think you should find some clue from this.
It seems The latest update solved the issue properly at first glance. Thank you for your concern. It would be a great experience if the following Remaining problems get solved like this: 1. Wifi signal reception quality is not good at all. It is an issuee since it's launch. 2. Not so smooth UI experience. There are jitters here and there. 3. Battery back up needs improvement a lot. I know battery backup completely depends on usage pattern. But it was comparatively better before. 4. Updating Google Play System to the latest version sometimes got an issue. Need better implementation.
