Cannot send SMS

I have two Sims one is of jio and is of bsnl I can send sms with jio but cannot send sms with bsnl it says cannot send message with bsnl mobile error code 0 what is the problem ??anyone help

Which messaging app do you use? Samsung Messages or Google Messages?

Go to nearby BSNL office, they'll help you with the SMS configuration settings.

Everything is correct in setting according to them but still

Switch to samsung messages and try sending SMS. Also, disable chat feature.
