Dear friends if power saving mode off on f23 will jio 5g calling become seamlessly. 

For instance I was having difficulty as at times when calling to anyone it use to keep latched on a 5g network and never used to switch to 4g for calls. With power saving mode off will it help me. 

Plz advice.

Can you suggest me , I read your comment somewhere that factory reset should not be done

But I am prescribed by Samsung Call service centre to do so for my many issues in F 54 .

What step should I take ?

See factory reset is the last last last resort. But before that their are many things which we can solve.

My first & main concern is that I can't receive call . Last year I bought F 54 on 12Th of Nov. Day of Deepawali.

Just after 2-3 days , I noticed that if I get call, Green phone symbol was not swiping even after 5-6 attempts. I contacted shop keeper. There was Samsung appointed staff member. He asked me ,"Why did you buy F 54 ? You should not have bought F series. And I can't remember exactly which series he prescribed A or S series.

He also tried to swipe green phone symbol, but after 7-8 attempts , he succeeded but he said this is new glass , it will take time to be adjusted. Though he checked Touch screen sensitivity which was working perfectly. Then I visited 2 service centres . But service centres couldn't solve my issue.

Later I contacted Toll free number. A technical staff member linked my device with smart tutor and he changed some settings after that it started working satisfactory.

Forgot to tell you, both the service centres advised me to format the phone & reinstall software but I didn't do as already I had uploaded my banking apps and other apps related to my financial things.


After almost 40-45 days my problem was solved by Samsung call centre staff .

Unfortunately I forget what did I do ( setting ) on his instructions. He instructed me to do this, do that


But same problem arised in the last week of May. I did reset settings. But it worked only 50% .

Again I contacted Call centre and this time I suggested to Reset App Preferences which created new problems.

Now , if phone is in my pocket, Green phone symbol doesn't move one millimetre. First I press on/off button which mutes ringtone then I try to swipe green phone symbol. 50% time it works , 50% fail.

what should I do now ?

Oh god u r in a mess. Honestly, f54 hmmm. I use f23 one of the best best phones of samsung.

As for your take on receiving calls.
Have u updated all your apps on play store as well as Galaxy store.
2. Open settings in search bar type volume up. As shown in the screen u can select your volume up button to receive the calls and power button to disconnect the call.

As for your phone. Do u use screen protector.
I believe some app is making an issue. If u do clear cache of your phone maybe it can solve try and tell anyways do set your volume up to receive calls as shown in the image1728148860630.jpg1728148860682.jpg

I use screen guard which was fixed by Shop keeper when I bought this garbage of Samsung. Before buying this Samsung garbage , in the past ,I used Moto & Redmi note 5 pro. I still have more than 6 years old Redmi pro and it works far better than this Samsung garbage. Only problem is limited storage capacity so I changed last year and now I curse myself to trapped in the gimmick of this biggest ever thug company Samsung

Remove your screen guard very carefully and then see. I am sure that is the culprit.

I had the same problem but after removing it was solved. Try and tell us
