Among the plenty of customers complaining about, I too started facing the #Autorestart issue since 04.08.2024, after updating to the new OS. After @SamsungIndia assured me of a resolution, I handed over my phone #GalaxyF23 to the authorised service centre on my 4th visit & got a job sheet on 14.08.2024 stating that the phone is having #AUTORESTART issue. Two weeks after receiving the job sheet, the customer experience manager called me & said that my mobile is in full water log condition & hence the motherboard is also damaged. Subsequently, as per telephonic conversation with the customer experience manager on 02.09.2024, has assured to provide me with the documentary evidence, including the photos taken when I handed over the phone to the Authorized service center to prove that my phone is in complete water log condition.

Whereas, during our telephonic conversation on 17.09.2024, they told me that they will neither share any evidence of alleged water log condition in my phone as per your company's policy nor share the copy of that specific clause of such policy.

I reminded them that I got the job sheet only on my 4th visit which states "AUTO RESTART ISSUE" alone. But after keeping my phone in your custody for 2 weeks only they have informed me that the phone is in complete water log condition, which is unacceptable.

In order to hide their scams, they have damaged my phone in their custody & created a false allegation over me by converting the software issue into a hardware issue, that too after keeping my phone for an unprecedented period.

Now it has been more than 2 months & I became a victim in @SamsungIndia 's #scam

Sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially with the lack of transparency. You might want to escalate the issue by reaching out to Samsung's higher-level support (like their social media team or a regional manager) to get more attention on this. If you have any proof from your side (like pictures of the phone before submitting it or the job sheet), that might help build your case. Also, it could be useful to look into consumer protection laws or online dispute resolution platforms. I hope you get a fair resolution soon!"

  • Thanks for the concern. I reached them through social media. I started to communicate with a customer service manager. I couldn't get any fact ful resolution from them till date than false allegations. They simply want me to accept their decision without justifications. I do have their email communications and call recordings with **bleep** promises. I also made a complaint in consumer helpline. Let's see!

To use Samsung members application, I need my phone back. My phone is in your custody for the last 2 months. I have shared the job sheet several times to the customer experience managers. In how many ways do you want us to report it to you!? Ask your customer experience manager bharathi.t@partner.samsung.com, your support team support.india@samsung.com

servicehead.in@samsung.com. Stop beating around the bush.
