How to lock LTE/NR Band in Galaxy F14 5G running on One UI 7 (Android 15 ) ?

Go to settings > connections > mobile networks > network mode SIM / eSIM > select 5G preferred.

Also enable VoNR on 5G on SIM / eSIM.

I need to lock a particular band, say n78. How to do that ?

Cant lock a particular band. It is hardwired.

I am waiting this feature for long time but Samsung is careless to provide this feature.

First things first , specific band lock like band 40-41 aren't available now , it has been disabled by Samsung, and as jaison160 said you have to root it,and rooting will trip rm fuse and knox services(samsung knox security,pay etc)will be disabled permanently.
But you can freeze it to 4G or 5G, to do that download google dialer , make it default (for sometimes only) , dial *#*#4636#*#* ,then set as per your will.
Or , download shortcut maker app(rushikesh kamewar one) from play store , open it , go to activities, search "phone" on the search bar, select Phone services , scroll to last "com.android.phone.settings.Radioinfo" , then click on try this shortcut

It wouldn't work in normal dialer , in any model, you have to install google dialer bro , read carefully what I have said.
