I'm using galaxy f62 since 3yesrs and I'm happy that some times my device getting too hot that you can fry eggs (just kidding).But since last update (1st June 2023 my device screen goes to black automatically and screen touch works but the screen is completely black I didn't see anything but I can hear touch sounds and then I press the volume down and power button to force restart and after restart everything is as normal that nothing is happen ,so how do I solve my blackscreen problem ???????
If anyone already faced this problem then please give me solution...
Iam also face same problem,I informed to samsung customer and also their service center about it. But no one accept this was an software issue 😕, they forced me to change the Display it cost Rs.7000. But it's totally samsung issue and one ui 5.1 issue. I think samsung will resolve our problem soon. Iam looking back for reund
