App timer issue

Is anyone facing the issue of unremovable app timers in digital well being like first it was if you put it to 0:0 it would just remove but now if you put it to 0:0 you can't open the app and one app is kept mandatory in the timers you can't remove all of them you have to keep one can anyone guide me how to fix this and if someone else is also facing this issue? My UI is 6.1 and phone is F23 5G
