samsung C7 pro - Too much issues

In my Samsung c7 pro too much issues
1. battery drain like bucket of water leaking
2. video recording error ( warning recording failed )
3. mic not work on internet call
4. mic not work for google voice search & voice typing also
5. unable to record audio also from sound recorder
6. during phone call voice coming from speaker mostly on every call, so i have to turn on speaker manually and off them speaker again to listen the call
7. phone freezing too much & slow down while doing multiple task work
8. when phone call coming phone is freezed only just viberating for 5-6sec with paused screen then phone no. shows on screen then you able to take call.

Need help regarding these issues
I am completely flustered from this Samsung phone
please resolve this issue on priority
this issue make me embarrassed while we have work of this feature and on that time your phone is not supporting you

battery drain after updating is also there in Galaxy J7 pro. Have not much expectation from updates. just going to change the brand now.
