No idea but in the list of Pie OS schedule update C9 Pro isn't mentioned so it means it'll not get the update. May be it was upgraded to Oreo or Nougat, that's why.

Yes it's upgraded to Oreo long back but a device OS can b updated twice so in that case it should get Android Pie but As u said in d list C9 Pro handset is not mentioned
