Software update

I have samsung c9 pro model. Currently I have Android version 8, when can we expect a software update for it?

C does is not supported anymore, so you won't get any updates at all.

Thanks Anik. It's really sad to know that updates are not available. It seems to be a strategic move from oem to force customer to buy new handset

Every brand, especially Android brands support phones for a limited time. C9 Pro was launched with Android 6 and received 2 updates, 7 and 8 as p3r the update policy. Samsung has changed this policy to 3 major updates for flagships and select A series devices which were launched in and after 2019.
