Hello samsung ! From few days i am facing few problems in my device. My phone ringtone volume automatically set in lower level and i also facing Very HUGE HEATING issue while charging, playing games like asphalt 8 & pubg on so on.... Plz fix this problem
heating is normal put a cloth under your phone (with removed cover ) while charging and use device maintenance regularly at least 5-6 times a day to solve your heating problem
if you want to play gaming while charging then it will b heated most. So better to charge it first and then play or use a napkins and mix it with cold water and put behind the back of the mobile to avoid heating.
