Samsung please make the fingerprint scanner faster and not only it is slow but it's not even recognising my fingerprint after trying it for 6-7 times then it unlocks otherwise I have to open it through pattern . and by the way iam using c9 pro. and for your information Samsung iam covering my whole finger on scanner . and yet it is not working.
Yes it's a pile of 💩💩💩!! Samsung really should recall all their handsets that use this pathetic technology and install a scanner that actually works! After 15 years of being a Samsung customer I won't be getting another Samsung unless they sort this out!!! And also re introduce the headphone jack!!!
yes. i owned note 10+ and it functions 3rd class as far as concerns to fingertips . i have purchased morethan 10 mobiles. but note 10+ is my last samsung mobile.
