Bluetooth automatically getting switched off

Sometimes automatically Bluetooth gets switched off, and when i try to on it manually it won't start. I have to do a soft reboot every time this happens. This happened 4 times in last week. 

Please suggest me a solution or please remove this but with update.

Ps i don't know how to attach any logs for this issue or you can give me step by step instructions for this particular issue.
Also i tried resetting the settings

Get its software update from nearby Samsung store

i got the solution finally , do the first step suggested by samsung admin, you are done by only that first step.
also you wont lose any data.
