Audio/volume getting mute automatically

My galaxy c7 pro's volume is always getting mute automatically. Everytime I play any audio or video I need to unmute the audio. Its happening since 3 days back.

Is it happening for anyone else ? Let me know the solution.

hey i am playing rummy in classic Rummy app in my phone it automatically decreases system volume level to after closing classic Rummy the volume level increases manually

just like this in my ph one of your installed app doing that Check once

Use Your Phone in safe mode to find out the faulty third party app creating the problem n delete them if problem continues go to service centre.
