don't ask with Samsung they are not going to give any update with latest version of Android so it's better to switch from Samsung to other better option they all are making us fool.

samsung does takes times as it modifies OS as per different handset, that may be a possible reason behined delayed update

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.

i call the Customer Care and they teplied that there is no Nougat update for C9 Pro
