Exynos 9611 coz it's a 10nm chip. Snapdragon 675 is 11nm.. You can see great performance in 9611 and also its power efficient.

exynos 9611 has older generation cores whereas sd675 has newer generation cores and hence the performance is better in sd675 not only in theory but also in antutu and in real life performance when cpu and gpu denpending or heavy application runs.
we shouldn't be misleading others
