yes dis phone is rooted or flashed custom recovery like twrp via odin

when I try to update my s7 edge and tap on update then it's showing processing failed. how can I update my phone?

I recently bought a8+ phone jus about a month back and 2 problems
1. system UI not responding error. I get this error quite frequently
2. I am unable to receive incoming calls but able to do outgoing calls.
pls. help
