Hi, I am facing wired problem on my s7. I am unable to delete what's app images and videos on my gallery....it just says failed to delete..but I am able to delete the photos taken by the camera stored in galary. can someone please help me .
Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please turn off the sync option. And delete the images from the Samsung account first then only you will be able to delete the gallery images.
