Galaxy Afor audio you can try for speaker and mic options (may be the problem is with any 3rd party application)
if on checking also the problem exist you should show the device at service center or report an error in the application
if its within warranty may be it can get replace

* Check mute all sound option
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
