You are right,

Fast charging is a good option, but it uses more power to charge hence battery heating more..

But the original Samsung has the ability to protect the battery from overheating while charging.

So if your Samsung is capable of max 25 watt charging support then you can use 15w or 25w...

But I prefer 15w fast charging..(less heat, so some time faster than 25w charger).
15w is the bestand best.

15Watt will do slow charging but it will be faster than 25Watt.. and in general the mobile will heat up while charging.. just keep it open in air and if you then press it under the pillow and it will maybe explode

In summer, using 25 watt.. some time due to heat battery controller stop charging..

But using 15 watt, less heat, charging continuously done..
