Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Galaxy AEven i m also facinf the same issue. Its very disturbing and annoying noise all of a sudden in b/n a call. Its very frequent almost happens for each and every call. Request Samsung to address with high priority please.
