Galaxy AKindly be advised that software updates may require a higher level of RAM, ROM storage and hardware, if it does meet the requirements based on the major specified requirements which is ROM, RAM, and hardware you definitely getting software updates in the future if not, unfortunately, you will not be getting any as it will only cause malfunctions to the device if they are forced which will deprive you to use the device to your satisfaction and in a case of the Galaxy A20 we can not say we just have to rely on regularly checking.
Kindly check that you have the latest software version on your device.
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap About device.
- Tap Software update.
- Tap Download updates manually.
