My Samsung A34 has two SIM slots, but I'm unable to use dual SIM functionality. Currently, I can only use one SIM at a time, even though the phone is supposed to support dual SIM. I’d like to resolve this issue so I can use both SIMs simultaneously."

Hi have you checked your connection settings- sim card manager and ensured both sim slots sliders are set to on

yes both sim slots are on..but it keeps on saying network not registered
