My Samsung A34 has two SIM slots, but I'm unable to use dual SIM functionality. Currently, I can only use one SIM at a time, even though the phone is supposed to support dual SIM. I’d like to resolve this issue so I can use both SIMs simultaneously."

Hi have you checked your connection settings- sim card manager and ensured both sim slots sliders are set to on

yes both sim slots are on..but it keeps on saying network not registered

Then into sim manager do you have both sliders set to on like I have with both mtn and telkom

Just follow the steps. Make sure you have two sims in your phone
