Galaxy AThanks for confirming, please find the below steps to clear cache partition on the device, this will not remove any data, it will clear any minor bug fixes and refresh the device:
>Turn off your device.
>Connect it to a computer .
>Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key. Keep holding both buttons simultaneously.
>When the Android logo appears, release all keys. You should see the Android logo on your screen. Once you see it, let go of both the Volume Up and Power keys.
>Wait for the Android system recovery menu to appear. This menu will provide options for various system actions.
>Use the Volume Down key to highlight "Wipe cache partition" and press the Power key to select. Carefully use the Volume Down button to navigate to the correct option. Once highlighted, press the Power button to confirm your selection.
>Highlight "Yes" using the Volume Down key and press the Power key to confirm. This will initiate the cache partition clearing process. Again, use the Volume Down button to navigate and the Power button to select.
>Once the process is complete, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. The device will automatically highlight this option once the cache clearing is finished.
>Press the Power key to restart the device. This will complete the process and restart your device with a cleared cache partition.
