Hi, my Galaxy A71 does not recognize the fast charger anymore. Has anyone ever encountered such? Any solutions in place already?

please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

1. Head into your Settings >Device care.
2. Select battery.
3. Tap on.
4. Select settings.
5. Toggle on fast charging or fast wireless charging. If this solution helps you click on the 3dots to accept solution to help others
