I always get "couldn't turn on smartview" when connecting to any smart TV. Samsung, Sony, LG doesn't matter. In the service center they got Samsung TV (NOT Smart TV) and they connect the phone to that TV via USB dongle. It works. Now they are saying smart TV in the entire world had bug and not this phone.

Actually problem started after service center replaced the mother board. The phone is only 2 weeks old.

I have done force stop for smart view, clear cache, network settings reset, finally factory reset. Smartview doesn't work with Smart TVs. Any other way of fixing the issue?

@ASHJOJ - The service center finally accepted that the issue is with the motherboard. Replacing the motherboard fixed the issue.
