Bro, check if recently installed apps are causing this..you may check this inside app permission settings. Some rogue app may be causing it or Check your backup account email sync options..if gmail or Samsung mail is causing it.. or go to your backup account and disable auto sync and auto backup options.. or go to settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset app prefrences
