option to rename photos/videos in gallery

Hello everyone.

Feeling bad to know that Samsung don't give option to Rename photos/videos in gallery.

Rename option only available in My Files.

Oh thanx..... I asked on customer number, they even don't know how to Rename in gallery.... Just said that "this feature is not available in your device." 😄

After a recent update I can no longer rename the photos by using the edit feature that I have always used.

I can no longer edit name of photos in Gallery by clicking the 3 dots , Details , Edit. I have been doing it that way for a very long time. Since the recent update that no longer works. I can only rename photos using the My Files 3 dots way. Not sure sure why Samsung took that feature away.

My Files is the correct way to edit name of photos now, thanks. Photo Gallery Details Edit no longer works.

Hopefully they FIX this oversight and allow users to edit names in the galleries again.....

No, this is not the correct way to name (not re-name) a photo in gallery.   This is the only remaining way since some s**t for brains developer or manager removed this important function from gallery. 

RESTORE this basic function to Gallery!
