no Download icon

Hi there is no download manager icon is present in my Galaxy A7 2018 Please tell me is Download Manager icon not enabled in Samsung experience UI or i am the one who is facing this issue.. i have arranged all apps in sequence there is no download manager icon as you see.

why do you need download manager

In MIUI, Download manager is a separate app. But in Samsung, it's there in My files>downloads

actually i want to have this App
