Hi Kitkay,

That indicates no mobile service or coverage, could be the area you are in if normally you have service elsewhere. Can you try restarting your phone to see if this solves your problem?

Vodacom first physically checked all the settings (Doesn't make sense because it was working perfectly for 2 weeks with those settings),then ran it on a diagnostic and then gave me a option of sending it for repair or "trying " a factory reset which they couldn't guarantee would fix the problem. I'm more angry that I lost over 4000 contacts. Over 15000 photos. I chose the S20 Ultra over the P30 Pro because it was Dual sim but not sure anymore. I'm really grateful it was sorted out and no repairs needed but worried that it just gave problems out of the blue. occasionally signal will drop and that's still acceptable. I'm not prepared to do factory reset monthly
