The network issue is quite prominent in most of the Samsung's devices. I think it's because of the low SAR value (which is actually good). The SAR value is related to antenna radiation and the network depends on antenna.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.
For network issue:  1- Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings > Connections > Mobile Network > Network mode > Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect)

2- Check via another SIM card in the device.

3- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

Note: Kindly once coordinate with the network service provider.

If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
