i am using samsung a71 my phone unable to recognise my fingerprint .

can any one plzz tell how to fix

reset your biometric. And setup again.
Hope it will help.
otherwise it still doesn't recognize visit nearby service centre.

Delete stored fingerprints and perform normal phone reset settings once

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

now register fresh fingerprints especially use your index finger and cover entire region of sensor properly..

also check if you are using tempered glass,then it will affect fingerprint recognition

just give a try

register again with all sides of your fingers and add SAME FINGER 1-2 times for better result and then observe
if still same issue persist th3n better to visit service centre
