Can someone please help to resolve my problem as my phone keeps losing network, data connection after sometimes regularly. No issue in services by provider as other samsung phones are working fine at my home with same service provider. People who call me says you phone is out of coverage area mostly and myself observed frequent disconnection while using data.

I am also facing this kind of issue in my A50S from few days but not got any solution tried resetting network settings but nothing worked & are you using Airtel sim

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
