live focus not working properly in A8 plus
I purchased it on 17th April
background blur and focus on face doesn't work
and instead of background blur sometimes face gets blur
and sometimes background doesn't get blur

We realy apologize for the issue you are facing while using live focus mode. We recommend you to follow some steps to resolve the issue:
- Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity).
- Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting).
- Tap on the screen to focus the face or object and adjust the blur of the image.
- Software update via FOTA, Kies or SMART Tool.
