Same happened to me on my S23 the iMobile app keep crashing. I have tried everything to check if I made changes which is causing this issue but no. All other apps (including other banking apps) are working fine.

Also when I installed the app inside secure folder it was working normaly. Somehow its not working in outside secure folder but working properly inside it and on other android phones too. I believe there is something which is causing it to crash in OneUI.

Please check this and provide a solution.

Thanks im advance

Yes , I noticed that inside secure folder it opens properly. But somehow it is not able to access sms from there, hence validation is failing

This issue has started since the latest security update provided by samsung in which Auto Blocker has been updated. App is working only in Secure folder but SMS permission is not given there so we cannot use it. Samsung you should do something this is not problem from ICICI app side it is your software fault.

Now how long do we need to wait for Samsung to fix such a mess?

I am also facing the same issue from past week. I have tried all the mentioned methods except to reset my phone. I even tried contacting icici customer care and they told that this is not the fault of the app. If someone have a solution please help.

It seem it is time to move away from Samsung for such kind of customer support. My old asus phone works fine for imobile. And Samsung says they can't support.
