how do I stop a pop up on my Samsung A51 saying can't connect check internet

But my mobile  data is on but it keeps  up popping  up how do I stop it

Hi kapoets

You can reset your network settings and perform a soft reset: 

Please go to settings>> general management>> reset >> reset network settings

Then perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
