Do a factory reset , You might have updated your phone recently with OTA update .

in factory reset i loose all my data...

Backup them .Factory reset will initiate all things automatically and this issue will be gone

This issue rised in your handset because of samsung pay mini app

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences and restart your device.
2- Settings > apps > messages app > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

4- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
