facing overheat issue after software update (one ui 3.0)

I have installed software patch dated patch for march 1st.

The software update is not that much nice with you is it was earlier I feel but I'm facing overheat issue while I'm using my phone or while the phone is a loan charging can someone please pick this and provide some help or suggestions or next upgrade or suggest how to downgrade to previous version

After update it may happens so as of now You can send feedback to Samsung by using get help section

same problem. no luck. I tried charging settings, disabling Bluetooth, location etc. happened after update only.
