Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Disable the call recording feature and reset the device settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.
2- Enable the call recording option and check the issue.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
