Yes....exactly same problem  Nothing works.  Did Samsung bother to test this Android 11 before sending it out?  So frustrating!!  My phone was fine until this update and now it can't be used at all....Shame on You Samsung!!

I experiencing screen not responding when playing games like nba 2k20 , the animation is active. Also the phone heat to fast

I just did the Android 11 update on my new A51 5g and it totally crashed.  It is stuck on Samsung logo.  I have tried all the fixes that have been on this site and everywhere online and NOTHING works.  It will not start and I can't turn it off.  Even drained the battery thinking it would cut off and possibly start....nope just the Samsung logo.
