bro ..best solution is just flash last software from service center..your all problem will solved... Samsung provides non A/B partition type ota not like other company hence its not process to install software via mobile data or wifi because possible software loop hole formation creates this issue

go to app info of all apps and turn off background data usage and background battery usage, especially of facebook apps.
Put less used apps to deep sleeping apps.
after doing all this switch off your phone for 20 mins and then you will notice changes
