yes it see depends on background apps and mobile data etc running or not...these will obviously increase charging time

I suggest you to close all apps, wifi, mobile data and test, how long it is taking to charge your battery fully... if it takes long time more than 2.15 hrs or so, then some hardware issue like cable or adapter...
