banking apps otp not receiving issue

Im using samsung A51 mobile past 3.5 yrs now banking apps are not receiving OTP and mobile last updated on 08 NOV 2023 kindly check and give Security Patch Update to resolve the issue

Switch to google messages, then check.
If it works, then the problem is with samsung messages.
If it doesn't work
Resetting may help.

Samsung already told us about that samsung message had some problem but now problex is solved
