airtel volte not working

am facing issue airtel volte service not working on my device am update to the latest version of os and selected lte/3g/2g in network connection able to see use volte calls for airtel flag and enable that option also but volte not getting on the right side of the signal bar in mobile.

another airtel sim got volte option on my device but my current sim doesn't work volte and am also asked to airtel customer care but s tug still now am not getting that option.please help me

Only indian version software firmwares can get Volte network.kindly check the firmware software region and flash to india if already have any other region firmware.

my device has indian version software firmware but am not able to get volte for airtel sim. And i replaced the new sim after also am getting the same problem to me. am resetd my device and updated to the latest version of and in mobile network selected lte/3g/2g auto connect.option selected able to see use volte calls for airtel but not able to see the option at the right side of the signal bar in device. please help me what to do further assitance.
